How are Lab Grown
Diamonds Made?
Lab Grown Diamonds are created using advanced technology that mimics the natural conditions in which diamonds form deep inside the Earth. Two main methods are used:
HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature)
Carbon is exposed to extreme pressure and high temperatures, replicating the natural diamond growth process.
This method was the first to produce gem-quality lab diamonds and is still widely used.
CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)
A thin diamond “seed” is placed in a chamber filled with carbon-rich gas.
